Puppy Deposit Form
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a puppy from Big Pond Newfoundlands.
Deposits are a measure of good faith, in that you, the Buyer, intend to purchase a puppy. When placing a deposit on
an upcoming litter, puppies will be picked in the order the deposits are received. When your deposit is received, you
will be notified where you are on the waiting list. Please do not place a deposit on a puppy if you are unsure you will
be purchasing one.
A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Placing a deposit does not guarantee you will receive a puppy.
This is nature, so, the size and sex of litters is out of my control. Cash or Postal Money Order is acceptable on day of
pick up of your puppy, or prior to shipping (along with extra charges for shipping).
Deposits are non-refundable if Big Pond Newfoundlands has a puppy available for you. Deposits will go toward the
total purchase price of the puppy stated below. In the event that two pups in the same litter are purchased by the
same party, each puppy will be due its own deposit, and in turn should the Buyer decide, for whatever reason to cancel
on either pup, deposits cannot be transferred to/or applied to the price of the other pup already chosen by the Buyer.
ONLY if Big Pond Newfoundlands does not have a puppy available for you from the litter you desire, Big Pond
Newfoundlands will refund your deposit, or the deposit may be transferred to a future litter and you will be placed at
the top of the waiting list.
Definitions of registration types: Limited or Full AKC Registration
Limited registration - You are unable to breed or show, but you may compete in obedience/carting/water work/agility.
Any offspring are ineligible to be registered with the AKC.
Full registration - you are able to breed and show in the conformation ring.
You have indicated to me that you would like to purchase a puppy with a Limited AKC Registration. If this is not the
case, please contact me and I will discuss this with you, and send a deposit form indicating your intent to buy with a
Full Registration (including additional charge).

Agreed price of puppy: $1,500.00
Less Deposit amount: $500.00
AMOUNT DUE (when puppy is picked up or prior to shipping): $1,000.00
